The Hartlepool Low/No Cost Food Services leaflet was created to give everybody access to cheap/free affordable food. The leaflet is produced by the Hartlepool Food council and contains as many up to date offers of food provision around the town. The leaflet is updated every few months to reflect the town's offer and is distributed widely across the town.
