The Community Led Inclusion Partnership (CLIP) work with community groups in Hartlepool who are living with long term conditions and/or disabilities.

Our aim is to use the voice of our community groups and work with local stake holders to promote accessibility in Hartlepool, we want Hartlepool to be an inclusive place to live and work.​
